Department of pumps and fluid displacement systems
The main duty of this department is to design, manufacture, develop technical knowledge of maintenance and operation in the category of high pressure high speed OH6 pumps. According to ANSI/API Standard 610, ‘Single Stage High Speed Integrally Geared Pumps’ are classified under ‘OH6: Overhung Class No6’.

The pumps are originally from Krone Industriell GmbH, located in Germany (Berlin) in the category of high pressure high speed OH6 pumps. According to ANSI/API Standard 610, ‘Single Stage High Speed Integrally Geared Pumps’ are classified under ‘OH6: Overhung Class No6’.
According to API 610, Low-Flow, High-Head pumps are refered to High-speed, integral, gear-driven, single-stage overhung pumps. These pumps have a speed-increasing gearbox integral with the pump. The impeller is mounted directly to the gearbox output shaft. There is no coupling between the gearbox and pump; however, the gearbox is flexibly coupled to its driver. The pumps may be oriented vertically or horizontally. Low space occupancy and short maintenance time is some of the main advantages of this type compared to other types.
Low-flow, high-head, integrally geared compressors are high-speed, gear-driven, single-stage/multi-stages, overhung compressors. Integrally geared compressors are characterized by compact and high efficiency machines, which are widely used in modern processing industries. Multi-stage integrally geared compressors contain gears, with the wheel gear and the multiple pinion gears on the outside of it driving multiple impeller shafts. By changing each of the gear ratios, it is possible to operate each impeller at the optimal speed. The impeller is mounted directly to the gearbox output shaft.
